Our floors are four years old and I've never waxed or resealed them.
About 6 hours after the application of RadonSeal, wash and scrub off the surface with a deck brush or a scrubber to remove any residue from the surface. Deep-seal the concrete with RadonSeal and 10 days later, with one application of Masonry Color Sealer for a tighter seal against water vapor and a great color.
